That's just the flip side of the guitar... the other side (where the guitar is shaped the right way) is the St. Anger side. I made a giant stencil basically... I traced around a guitar hero controller on a piece of cardboard to get the shape of the guitar (twice, so I'd have both sides) then I put little plastic cups and parts of toilet paper rolls so it'd have thickness, then i wrapped it in tinfoil and paper mached it. Then painted it.
